Just one afternoon a month, 1:00pm to 5:00pm on the first Tuesday of each month, for the full six months.

Cohort-based. Your managers move through the six months as one intake, including the monthly masterminds, working through real problems alongside peers at a similar level rather than learning in isolation.

Across six months, managers learn from 11 industry experts across 15 business-critical topics, from marketing, AI and communication to sales, finance and coaching. Every session is practical and applied immediately, not theory.

In person. The program is built around live, in-the-room training and monthly masterminds, no webinars, no replays.

Yes. The Manager Academy isn't industry-specific, it works for construction, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, professional services and beyond. Good management is good management: leading people, making better decisions, communicating well and thinking commercially apply in any industry. The examples shift, the principles don't.

It's a 15-minute call directly with Rupen, no sales team involved. He'll ask about your team and where your managers are getting stuck, then give you a straight answer on fit, backed by his own 20+ years building and leading management teams. If it's not the right fit, he'll say so. Either way, you'll leave with a clear next step, not a pitch.
